Located within the exclusive residential and retail district of Knightsbridge, the Project Crown development at 39-40 Lowndes Square involves the demolition, construction, and internal fit out of high quality residential accommodation.
The design and build scheme includes the demolition and façade retention of the existing building and adjoining Mews building, situated at the rear of the development. The building will comprise a seven storey concrete frame structure, under natural slate and glazed roof, with brick façade and timber windows. The new facilities will provide eight high end residential apartments, set to achieve a CfSH Level 4, within one of London’s most distinguished garden squares.
