The project will be developed by Fortis Developments over a 78 week build period with an approximate GDV of £30,500,000. The property will include car parking, cctv, gym and urban landscaping. Building A is five storeys and Building B is seven storeys connected at level one with a podium deck incorporating shared open space and gardens to the town houses. The upper floors are set back from the main elevation and have a perimeter balcony.
