Centre Point Tower is a Grade II listed building and one of the tallest buildings in London’s West End.
Located at the eastern end of Oxford Street, Centre Point was originally built in the 1960s. The 35-storey building will be converted into 82 high end residential apartments with the top four floors reconfigured to accommodate a duplex penthouse and single floor apartments.
A new leisure facility, swimming pool, wellness facilities and club lounge with screening room will also be constructed. The adjoining buildings will be converted into retail units and restaurants, with 36 occupied apartments located above them.
Also included in the development is the demolition of an existing public house to create a 10-storey residential tower providing 13 affordable apartments.
