Chemistry Building, Imperial CollegeLondon, UK

Overview

The new Molecular Sciences Research Hub was build on Imperial’s White City Campus.

Providing a new research home for the Department of Chemistry, the Molecular Sciences Research Hub (MSRH) will encourage collaborative scientific working. It houses the equipment and infrastructure to support a twenty-first century approach, where researchers from a range of backgrounds address common challenges in areas such as energy, healthcare or sustainability.

Opening in 2018, it will bring together up to 800 scientists, clinicians, engineers and business partners who will collaborate under one roof in a way that they have never been able to before. New prototyping facilities and business incubator space will encourage entrepreneurial thinking and help to turn scientific discoveries into commercial products and services.
