Overview
This design and build project involved the part-demolition and refurbishment of an existing retail unit, and construction of a new rear extension containing a new seven-screen Vue cinema complex. The new build extension also includes three retail units fronting onto an existing shopping mall and the introduction of new escalators to serve an existing car park. We also provided a full upgrading and modernisation of the existing shopping mall.

Our Package
AccentHansen supplied more than a dozen steel doorsets for personnel, corridor and switch room use. For some of the doors fire protection and acoustic properties were required.
